The square surfaces are from 35. 27 sq.m to 132.80 sq.m. The prices per square meter vary from 690 EUR / ground-floor /, 740 EUR / second floor / up to 780 EUR / third and fourth floor/. The amount shall be transferred by bank transfer or in cash in favour of the company. The reservation deposit serves as a guarantee for the buyer, as well as for the seller. The amount of the deposit shall be deducted from the price of the property upon signing of the preliminary contract between the parties. The reservation of an apartment provides 14-day period, within which the customer can visit SUNNY HOUSE, to make a viewing and to prepare the documents, necessary for signing of the preliminary contract. Within the 14-day term, we cannot offer or sell the apartment to a third party. In case that happens, the company assumes the obligation to compensate the customer, by paying him the amount of the deposit in double. Off-plan purchase 40% upon signing of the Preliminary contract 50% (puttying and rendering) - Act 15 10 % - upon title transfer of the apartment Purchase of finished apartment Upon purchase of a finished apartment, the customer normally pays in one installment the full amount of the price. Independent payment schedules are possible. As a security, prior to proceed to signing of the preliminary contract, we advise you to refer to a legal consultant, who shall do the necessary research. After your lawyer is satisfied with the terms of the deal, a contract for sale-purchase shall be prepared and a schedule for the current payments shall be offered to you. Reserve an apartment through our web site and pay the reservation deposit – we offer you that opportunity, in order to be sure, that the apartment, which you have selected shall not be purchased by another customer and that the price thereof shall not suffer any change. If you purchase the apartment for the purpose of investment and you have no time to visit SUNNY HOUSE, the preliminary contract can be also signed „from a distance”. In that case you could visit the site after completion of the building and when the contract for sale-purchase is to be prepared.
