Construction and technologies
The buildings are designed as solid buildings with a system of reinforced-concrete beams, columns, slabs and rings. Vertical communication is performed by reinforced-concrete staircases and elevators. In order to meet the thermal technical requirements thermal insulation comprising 4 cm of extruded penopolistirol is provided for the external 25 cm brick walls, rings, columns and slabs. The partition walls shall be made of bricks and shall be 12 cm thick. The roof structure shall be made of reinforced-concrete -slope roofs with external draining and 60% slope inclination accordingly covered with the necessary steam and thermal insulations and bitumen membrane with powder for waterproofing.
