Four basic types of apartments are offered: studios, mansard studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The houses are built with special construction materials that are perfectly suitable for the local climate. In addition, the houses have three basic construction materials that are consistent with the town's architectural style: stones, white wall plaster and traditional wooden coating.
