The five-storey luxurious Stella Polaris Complex is built on plot with an area of 1 476 sq/m in the south part of Sunny Beach resort. It is located less than 200 m away from the beach strip. The complex has a built-up area of 3 600 sq/m and is equipped with an elevator, a reception desk, a center for recreation with a swimming pool and a cafeteria. Stella Polaris offers a variety of individual rooms, 1-, 2-, 3-room apartments and two-storied apartments with areas from 32 up to 120 sq/m, as well as a guarded parking lot. The apartments are completed and luxurious; they have an outside heat-isolation, German PVC-joinery work, terracotta, sanitary faience, laminated parquet, air-conditioned and are fit for an year-round use. Upon the client’s request and for a certain annual fee, the investor of the building will run and let out the property and will maintain the common areas of the complex. Payment plan: • 1 000 EUR reservation deposit; • 50 % within 7 days of signing the preliminary contract; • 30 % not later than 01.04.2007; • 20 % upon signing the Title Deed.
