The ground floor is suitable to be adapted for a dining area with fire place and kitchenette. The first floor has two rooms, kitchen and a hallway where an internal bathroom/WC can be constructed. The rooms have well-preserved wooden flooring. The house will need inside refreshment and refurbishment. The slate roof has been repaired; it is with renewed beams, some of the slates have been replaced and rearranged. A new concrete staircase with a landing for the first floor has been constructed; it is covered by extending the roof above.
The house is supplied with electricity, there is water on both floors. It needs an additional internal assembly as the assembly works have already begun. The wonderful garden of 500 sq.m. is fenced and well-maintained. You can build a barbeque for your guests and family to spend your time admiring the panoramic view to the peak of Snejanka and to feel the atmosphere of past times and see the old Bulgarian customs preserved.
