The apartments will have extensive leisure facilities, to make a "one stop" holiday destination. Plus, as an added benefit, we will be releasing the apartments at prices well under those priced locally, despite the fact that this project is superior, we believe, to anything else on offer in the region. The Crimea isn't a cheap place - it's the local south of France - and apartment prices typically exceed other markets in the region, such as Bulgaria.

Of the few developments on offer at present, prices range from about 1500 Euros m2 for ugly "prison block" style, to 4500 Euros m2 for reasonable sea view apartments. Despite this very high pricing, the Lighthouse apartments are provisionally priced at only 1750 Euros m2. This is no less than 60% less than comparable apartments!

These lower prices will create a ready made built in equity for apartment buyers. The apartments will be offered to the Western market, before release to Eastern ones, at lower price. All could be sold locally, but we are an international company and will offer most to Western buyers. This is an exceptional advantage rarely available in other markets.

There has been and continues to be a lot of work in bringing this project to market. Ukraine is not an easy place to do business. We are working in close co-operation with local government and that's a process difficult to rush. But the wait will be worth it, we can assure you.

It is very likely this project will be sold out before being advertised. Already, 25 apartments have been reserved for local purchase. The only way to have a chance to participate is though having a pre-release ticket. Ticket holders will also receive pre-release newsletters, which will not be available publicly. On release, full details will be sent to you and you will have the option of paying a 1000 Euro reservation. There is no commitment at this stage.
